Privacy Policy

• Free audit request: your business name, city, website, email address, and any notes you choose to add.
• Consultation request: your name, email address, phone number, business name, budget range, and your message.
• Emails and calls: anything you send us when you reply to an email or talk with our team.

Please don’t include health or medical information about yourself or your clients in any form or message. We don’t need it, and we don’t ask for it.

To build your audit we look up public information about the business you enter, such as its Google and Yelp listings, reviews, search rankings, website content and speed, ad library entries, and how AI assistants describe it. This is information about the business, not about you personally.

We don’t use advertising pixels, analytics trackers or marketing cookies on this site. Our hosting and infrastructure providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. Your browser’s session storage holds your audit request for a moment so we can open your report page; it’s cleared when you close the tab.

• To follow up about your results and about Loom Tech services that could help.
• To respond to consultation requests and deliver services you sign up for.
• To keep the site secure, fix problems, and improve our audits.
• To meet legal obligations.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run Loom Tech, under agreements that limit how they can use it:

• Hosting and database: Vercel and Supabase.
• Email delivery: Resend.
• Audit data sources: Google, Yelp, SearchApi, Firecrawl, and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity and xAI). These receive your business’s name, location and website, never your email or phone number.
• Payments: Stripe, if you become a paying client.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

If you request an audit, we’ll email you about your results and may follow up about our services. You can opt out at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or writing to info@loommie.ai.

We keep audit and contact information for as long as we need it to provide our services and follow up with you, and we delete it sooner if you ask.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@loommie.ai. We’ll respond within 45 days and won’t treat you differently for asking.

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what we collect and why, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither). Residents of other states with privacy laws have similar rights, and we honor them the same way.

We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit who can see it.

Loom Tech is a service for businesses. It isn’t directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site or sent by email.
