These terms apply to your use of the Loom Tech website, the free visibility audit, and related reports (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
The Service
The free audit checks how a business appears across local search, maps, reviews, its website and AI assistants, and summarizes what it finds. Paid services, such as consulting, are covered by a separate agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
What an audit is, and isn’t
Audits reflect public information and third-party data at the moment the audit runs. Search results, map rankings and AI answers change often and vary by location, device and person, so your own results may differ. Scores and recommendations are our assessment. They aren’t guarantees of rankings, traffic, bookings or revenue, and they aren’t legal, medical or financial advice.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information when you request an audit or consultation.
- Don’t submit health or medical information about yourself or anyone else.
- Don’t misuse the Service: no automated scraping or bulk requests, no attempts to break or overload it, and no use that violates the law or someone else’s rights.
Ownership
The website, audit methodology and report designs belong to Loom Tech. You may use and share your own report for your business. Please don’t resell it or present it as your own work. Google, Yelp, ChatGPT and other names mentioned in reports are trademarks of their owners, and Loom Tech isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Loom Tech isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for the free audit is limited to $100.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the date at the top of this page when we do, and continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
